I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's prime location is one of its standout features, nestled conveniently in the heart of Sukhumvit. It’s just a short walk from the Asok BTS station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. There are plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby, which is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. The team at this hotel truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the warm greetings at check-in to the prompt room service, their professionalism and friendliness really made my stay more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, offering helpful local tips and ensuring that everything was in order. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Sheraton property. However, I did find the decor to be somewhat dated. While everything was clean and functional, the room could benefit from a more modern update to match the vibrant energy of Bangkok. In conclusion, Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15 is a solid choice for those looking for a well-located hotel with top-notch service. While there is room for improvement in certain areas, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, making it a good option for travelers to Bangkok.

Our stay was flawless, from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. We couldn't be happier. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff at the coffee house and the chefs were very pleasant. The co-workers at the front desk was exceptionally splendid! Special thanks to Noeng, Phoom and Pappy for helping us with information on getting around and even going the extra mile to show the exact location of where we need to go. They made us feel so welcome and feels so at home. We were always greeted with sincere smiles and happy faces and they are ever ready to help. The hotel is in the heart of the city and walking distance to the BTS & MRT station. They even have free shuttles to Terminal 21 daily which is superb for us to take the train.

The pool deck was very pleasant, with lots of seating areas. The pool is on the smaller side, but more than sufficient to cool off after a morning adventure. The staff were gracious and helpful, accommodating last minute requests for connecting rooms and late check out.

I asked for a room on a high floor away from the street and the hotel lift.I was on the 5th floor and couldn't hear any street noise or loud music from Hooters and the other bars surrounding the hotel. This is an excellent hotel for people who are light sleepers and are easily disturbed by noise. The rooftop pool and rooftop area is also spacious with lots of loungers and sofa beds too. I enjoyed the pool a lot as it only got busier from 2 p.m onwards.
